Growing & Maintenance Tips for Cilantro

Harvest seed heads when brown and orange scented. When harvesting fresh leaves, cut only the small, immature leaves for the best flavor. If allowed to go to seed, you may find self-sown volunteers springing up in the fall. Also grows well indoors. Prefers rich, well-drained soil.
