Easy to grow and will produce a good crop of leaves to make teas, beverages, salads, fish, poultry, herbal medicines and Eastern inspired soups and other dishes. Harvest the tightly rolled new leaves inside the base of a single sprout for culinary use. Preserve by air-drying.
