This herb stands tall with lemon-scented, green foliage. This clumping, tender perennial grass is loaded with lemony scent and flavor, and hints of ginger! Easy to grow and will produce a good crop of leaves to make teas, beverages, salads, fish, poultry, herbal medicines and Eastern inspired soups and other dishes. Harvest the tightly rolled new leaves inside the base of a single sprout for culinary use. Preserve by air-drying.
