Growing & Maintenance Tips for Sage, Common
Does best in light, well-drained soil. Allow soil to dry between waterings. When you divide, use the outer, newer growth for replanting. Prune plants severely in the spring. Plant sage with cabbages, carrots, strawberries, tomatos or marjoram to encourage their growth. Harvest foliage as needed.
