Clump-forming, prairie grass with fine-textured green blades that turn to gold with orange hues in autumn. Fragrant pink, airy panicles rise above foliage in late summer. A warm season grass, 'Tara' is a dwarf version of the species. Nice upright, vase-shaped habit. Great winter interest.
