Small white, bell-shaped fragrant flowers dangle from arched, burgundy stems. Striking foliage of green with clean, thin white margins. Leaves age to yellow in autumn. Blooms are followed by dark blue fruits. PERENNIAL PLANT OF THE YEAR 2013
